For over 20 years, I have conducted genetic and genomic studies. More recently, I have become involved in freelance work to assist researchers across Europe and North America in their projects. Ideally, I am involved in the grant writing to suggest the best sampling and sequencing scheme, the data analyses and data interpretation / writing stages. As of now, I do not have the capacity to do the wet lab work - but come talk to me and we see what we can figure out together.

I am offering consulting and data analyses for population genetics, population genomics, phylogenetics and phylogenomics using mitochondrial or nuclear markers, microsatellites, SNPs or low coverage whole genome sequencing data. So far, I have worked on non-model organisms, including shrimps, crabs, oysters and barnacles (some of it ongoing). My fee depends on the scope of the project, but ranges generally from 5,000 to 12,000€ per year. Again, lets talk and see what you need and what I can do :)
